الملخص
الملخص: إنّ الحديث عن ضبط سوق التشغيل في الجزائر،يعني الحديث عن الوكالة الوطنية للتشغيل، لاعتبارها المرفق العمومي الذي أوكلت له بمناسبة ذلك عدة مهام أهمها، تنظيم ومعرفة السوق الوطنية للتشغيل واليد العاملة وتطويرها وضمان ذلك، بالإضافة إلى متابعة تطور اليد العاملة الأجنبية في إطار التشريع والتنظيم المتعلقين بتشغيل الأجانب وتنظيم البطاقية الوطنية للعمال الأجانب وتسييرها مع الحرص على ضمان تطبيق الاتفاقيات والاتفاقات الدولية في هذا المجال. Qui dit régulation du marché national de l’emploi, dit l’ANEM le service public de l’emploi, L’ANEM est un établissement public à gestion spécifique auquel plusieurs missions ont été attribuées, dont l’organisation et l’assurance de la connaissance de la situation et de l’évolution du marché national de l’emploi et de la main d’œuvre. En outre, l’ANEM est chargé du suivi de l’évolution de la main d’œuvre étrangères en Algérie dans le cadre de la réglementation et la législation relatives à l’emploi des étrangers ainsi que l’organisation et la gestion du fichier national des travailleurs étrangers, en veillant sur la garantie de l’application des mesures découlant des conventions et accords internationaux en matière d’emploi1. When we speak of labor market regulation in Algeria, we speak of ANEM, a public service to which several missions have been allocated, including regulation and knowledge of the national employment market and the hand work with the development and ensured that last.
