واقع سوق رأس المال في الجزائر و مدى مساهمته في دفع عجلة النمو الاقتصادي.

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إظهار مدى مساهمة سوق رأس المال في الجزائر في تمويل الاقتصاد الوطني، كون أن سوق الأوراق المالية يؤدي دورا مهما في الاقتصاديات الحديثة من خلال جمع الموارد واستثمارها في القطاعات المنتجة، الأمر الذي يعود بالنفع على الاقتصاد الوطني. غير أن سوق رأس المال في الجزائر لم تستطع إلى يومنا هذا فرض تمويلها المباشر للاقتصاد الوطني . و من خلال هذه الدراسة توصلنا إلى أن سوق الأوراق المالية في الجزائر تمتاز بقلة عدد الشركات المدرجة بها، وبقلة سيولتها، وهذا الأمر جعلها تشهد ركودا كبيرا في نشاطها ونمو بطيء جدا، وهذا ما دفعنا في الأخير إلى اقتراح آليات لتفعيل هاته الأخيرة من أجل الوصول إلى تعبئة فعالة لرؤوس الأموال و تنويع المخاطر. This study aims to show the contribution of the capital market in Algeria to the financing of the national economy, since the stock market plays an important role in modern economies through the collection of resources and investment in the productive sectors, which is beneficial to the national economy. However, the capital market in Algeria has not yet been able to impose direct financing for the national economy. Through this study we found that the stock market in Algeria is characterized by the low number of listed companies, and the low liquidity, and this made them experiencing a great stagnation in its activity and growth is very slow, and this led us to propose mechanisms to activate these latter to reach To effective mobilization of capital and diversification of risks. : Cette étude a pour objectif de montrer la contribution du marché des capitaux en Algérie au financement de l'économie nationale, car la bourse joue un rôle important dans les économies modernes en collectant des ressources et en investissant dans les secteurs productifs, ce qui est bénéfique pour l'économie nationale. Cependant, le marché des capitaux en Algérie n'a pas encore été en mesure d'imposer un financement direct à l'économie nationale. A travers cette étude, nous avons constaté que le marché boursier algérien se caractérise par le faible nombre de sociétés cotées et par la faible liquidité, ce qui lui a permis de connaître une forte stagnation de son activité et une croissance très lente, ce qui nous a poussé à proposer des mécanismes pour activer cet dernière pour une mobilisation efficace du capital et diversification des risques
