الملخص
التَّلطفُ في التَّعبير، مفهوم لغويٌّ اجتماعيٌ متمدِّن، فُطر عليه الإنسان لتوخي الاحترام في الخطابِ، وكذلك لتجنُّب التعبيرات المعروفَة بالفَظاظَةِ، أو بأنها مما يَجرحُ الحياء. فهو يعكِسُ رهَافةَ حسِّ المتكلِّم، ما لم يزد الأمر عن حده المقبول إلى أن يصلَ إلى مستوى من النِّفاق والتَّملُّق والتَّزلف المذموم. وإنه من الجلي أن التفاؤل ليس ظاهرة لغوية تتعلق بلفظ أو اثنين، كما أنها لا تتعلق بأسماء أعلام بأعيانهم، لكنها خاصية من خصائص صياغة مواد اللغة العربية واستعمالها. وهي ظاهرة جلية في الفطرة اللغوية الإنسانية. ونجد أن أكثر المواضع التي تشيع فيها هذه الخاصية، ما يتعلق منها بالحياة المعيشة للإنسان، وما يحتك به من محيطه، ويتفاعل معه في بيئته. Politeness in expression، the concept of a linguistic civilized society، was innate to be a human respect in the speech، as well as to avoid known blunt expressions، or that it hurts modesty. It reflects the subtle sense of the speaker، as it did not exceed acceptable level until it reaches the level of hypocrisy and reprehensible flattery or fawning. It is clear that optimism is not a linguistic phenomenon of word or two، as it does not relate to the names of the common people themselves، but the characteristic of the formulation of the Arabic language and the use of materials. It is evident in the linguistic phenomenon of humanitarian instinct، we find that the more places where this property is common، with regard to the life of living of the people، and come into contact with its surroundings، and interacts with the environment.
