المنظومة الصحية الجزائرية وإشكالية البحث عن تحقيق تنمية صحية: نحو مقاربة سوسيولوجية تكاملية

الملخص
أقامت الجزائر بعد الاستقلال نظاما صحيا يسعى إلى تحقيق تنمية صحية هدفها الحفاظ على الصحة العمومية وترقيتها، حيث عرف هذا النظام الصحي الوطني عدة إصلاحات متعاقبة من حيث البناء والوظيفة. غير أنه يشهد حاليا عدة اختلالات وتناقضات أثرت سلبا على مستوى أدائه العام. وانطلاقا من العام إلى الخاص، نحاول من خلال هذا المقال تقديم تحليل سوسيولوجي تكاملي نبرز فيه مظاهر هذه الاختلالات سواء المتعلقة بالنظام الصحي نفسه أو تلك المرتبطة ببيئة قطاعه. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- After the independence, Algeria established a health system which aimed at realizing health development that preserves and promotes public health. This national health system underwent many successive reforms both at the level of its structure and function. Nevertheless, it is currently facing many imbalances and contradictions which have negatively affected the level of its general performance. Moving from the general to the more specific, we have attempted hereby to make an integrative sociological analysis where we present the different imbalances whether those related to the health system itself or to its surrounding environment ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- L'Algérie a mis en place un système sanitaire visant à réaliser le développement du secteur dont l'objectif principal est la préservation et la promotion de la santé publique. Cependant, ce système national de santé a subi plusieurs réformes successives, notamment sur les plans structurel et fonctionnel. Actuellement, il connaît de nombreux déséquilibres et contradiction qui ont affecté d'une manière négative la bonne marche de ce secteur vital. A travers cet article, notre démarche consiste à suivre une analyse sociologique intégrale, tout en mettant en relief les multiples facettes de ces déséquilibres ayant un lien d'une part avec le système de santé lui-même, et d'autre part avec son environnement.
