الملخص
ملخص: مما لا شك فيه أن الالتزام يجب أن يتم الوفاء به تحت طائلة جزاءات صارمة غير مألوفة في القواعد العامة؛ لذلك كان الوفاء الاختياري هو السبيل الأمثل للتخلص من الالتزام، الأمر الذي يدعم الثقة والائتمان. Résume: «Expiration de l’obligation par le paiement» Sans doute l'obligation doit être satisfaite par le paiement sous conséquences de peines graves et sévers spéciales c'est pour cela demeure le paiement le meilleur moyen pour se libérer de l'obligation et de même renforcer l'option de confiance et de crédit. Summary: «Expiration of the obligation by payment» probably the obligation must be satisfied by payment in serious penalties and consequences Special severs that's why the payment remains the best way to break free of the obligation and even strengthen the confidence and credit option.
