قياس الضغوط النفسية التي يسببها الإعلام الرياضي على حكام كرة القدم حسب سنوات التحكيم

الملخص
تعد الضغوط النفسية من العوائق التي تحد من أن يؤدي الحكام أدائهم على أكمل وجه في ظل وجودها، ونظرا لكون الإعلام الرياضي يهتم بكرة القدم خاصة الصحافة المكتوبة ومن ضمنهم الحكام وتفرد لهم تغطيات واسعة، فإنها تتسبب في ظهور الضغوط النفسية لدى الحكام، وتكمن أهمية البحث في كونه أحد البحوث النادرة في الجزائر والتي تسعى لمعرفة الضغوطات النفسية التي تُسببها الصحافة الرياضية على حكام الدرجة الأولى لكرة القدم في الدوري الجزائري، ولكونه أحد المواضيع التي لم تحظى باهتمام الباحثين في الجزائر - في حدود علم الباحث - ولهذا فيكتسب أهميته من هذا المنطلق، كما يسعى لتحديد رؤية مناسبة لمواجهة الضغوط النفسية التي تُسببها الصحافة الرياضية على الحكام والخروج بحلول ملائمة. وهدف البحث الذي استخدم المنهج الوصفي للكشف عن أهم العوامل التي تُسبب الضغوط النفسية من قبل الصحافة الرياضية لدى الحكام، مستخدما المقياس الذي صممه الباحث والمتكون من (50) عبارة، والذي تم تطبيقه على عينة البحث والبالغ عددهم (62) حكماً. ومن نتائج الدراسة الميدانية تَبَيّن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة الضغوط النفسية التي تسببها الصحافة الرياضية على الحكام حسب سنهم. بمعنى أنَّ جميع الحكام يتأثرون بالضغوط النفسية بحسب سنهم، غير أنه لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً في ذلك التأثير . وتمثلت أهم التوصيات في ضرورة التركيز على الجوانب النفسية للحكام إلى جوار الجوانب البدنية والفنية بالذات عند اختيار الحكام المستجدين، أو الترفيع أو في دورات الصقل، وتدريبهم على استخدام الوسائل الملائمة والمناسبة لمقاومة الضغوط النفسية خصوصاً تلك المتعلقة بالصحافة الرياضية . مع توفير أخصائي ومرشد نفسي للحكام، وكذا استقطاب العناصر الشابة عند اختيار الحكام. Abstract Psychological pressure is one of the obstacles that limit the performance of arbirators to their fullest extent. In view of the fact that the sports media is interested in football, especially the written press, including the arbirators that they get a wide coverage, media causes the appearance of psychological pressure on arbirators. It is one of the rare researches in Algeria, which seeks to know the psychological pressures caused by the sports press on the arbirators of the first class football in the Algerian league, and as one of the topics that didn't take the attention of researchers in Algeria - within the limits of the researcher - and therefore gaining importance from this point, as seeks to Define a vision appropriate to confront with the psychological stress caused by sports journalism on arbirators and find the appropriate solutions. And the purpose of this research, which used the descriptive method to detect the most important factors that cause the psychological pressures by the sports press, using the measure designed by the researcher consisting of fifty (50) word, which was applied to the sample of the search that are sixsty-two (62) arbirator. The results of the field study show that there are no statistically significant differences in the degree of psychological stress caused by the sports press on arbirators according to their age. In the sense that all arbirators are affected by psychological pressure according to their age, but there are no significant differences in that effect. The most important recommendations were the need to focus on the psychological aspects of the arbirators besides the physical and artistic aspects, especially when selecting the new arbirators, programming more polishing courses, and training them to use appropriate tools to resist psychological stress, especially those related to the sports press. With the provision of a psyllogical specialist and mentor for the arbirators, as well as attracting young elements in the selection of arbirators.
