الملخص

الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر تغيرات أسعار الصرف الدولية على ميزان المدفوعات الجزائري في الفترة ما بين (2004-2014)، بحيث تم من خلالها التطرق إلى تطور سعر صرف الدينار الجزائري وتحليل واقع ميزان المدفوعات. اعتمدت الدراسة على الأدوات القياسية كالانحدار البسيط.وأظهرت النتائج أن تحسن رصيد ميزان المدفوعات، وارتفاع حجم احتياطي الصرف وتراجع المديونية الخارجية، كانت نتيجة ارتفاع أسعار النفط، كما أن نسبة كبيرة من مداخيل الجزائر بالعملة الصعبة تضيع نتيجة اختلاف العملات المتعامل بها بين الصادرات والواردات. من خلال هذه الدراسة خلصنا إلى القول إن تنويع الواردات خارج منطقة الأورو يحد من خسائر الصرف الناتجة عن تحويل الدولار مقابل اليورو، كما أن تنويع الصادرات الجزائرية خارج المحروقات أمر ضروري لتجنب الأزمات النفطية النابعة من انخفاض أسعار النفط. الكلمات المفتاح: ميزان مدفوعات، تقلبات أسعار الصرف، يورو، دولار.الجزائر. Abstract : This study aims to highlight the impact of changes in the interna-tional exchange rates on the Algerian balance of payments during (2004-2014), so through which to address the evolution of the Algerian dinar exchange and analysis of the price of the reality of the balance of payments. The study relied on econometric tools. The results showed that the improvement in the balance of payments, and the high volume of exchange reserves and declining external debt, were the result of high oil prices. Moreover, Algeria losses a large proportion of its earned foreign currencies due to the fact the exports are in US dollar whereas the imports are in Euro. The study concluded that Algeria must diversify its imports outside the Euro-zone to limit the losses of the exchange rate of US dollar against the euro, and the diversification of its exports other than hydrocarbons is essential to avoid the impacts of oil crises.
