الملخص
الملخص: ان للبيئة مفهوما قانونيا هام جدا من حيث ضرورة وسلامة البيئة ، وأيضا بالنسبة لحاجات التطبيق العلمي لقانون حماية البيئة.بالاضافة الى أهمية أخرى تكمن في حماية عناصر الطبيعة بما فيها الهواء والماء. وبناءا على ما سبق، نتساءل عن أسباب تلوث الهواء والمياه العذبة، وأثر ذلك على صحة الانسان؟. Summary: The environment is a very important legal concept in terms of the necessity and safety of the environment, as well as the needs of scientific application of the law of environmental protection. In addition to the other importance lies in the protection of elements of nature, including air and water. Based on the above, we wonder about the causes of air pollution and fresh water, and the impact on human health ?.
