الملخص
This paper aims to shed light on some of the experiences in the field of partnership sector (Public - Private) And the impact of this topic partnership on economic institutions in the capitalist countries in general, and especially Algeria, Where we talked to some of the experiments carried out by the United Kingdom, France, Canada, as well as Algeria, and we pointed out to clarify the extent to which these circumstances countries of partnership sector (Public - Private) pattern.
