الملخص
The electronic contract of consumption is a technical contract method remotely, takes several forms of recent communication like the telephone, the fax, and the internet. This kind of contracts cause tightens problems to determine thelegal quality of its meeting contractsby raising the importance of this quality which regulate various legal effects and realize the equilibrium economic between these contract sides, by blaming its technical quality.
