الملخص

هدفت الد ا رسة إلى الإجابة عن السؤال الرئیس التالي: هل توجد علاقة ارتباطیة ذات دلالة إحصائیة عند بین القیادة التحویلیة وجودة (α= مستوى( 0.05 حیاة العمل لدى الأساتذة بكلیة العلوم الدقیقة وعلوم الطبیعة و الحیاة جامعة بسكرة؟ ولتحقیق أهداف الد ا رسة قام الباحث بتصمیم استبانة ، یتضمن جزئیین یقیسا متغیري الد ا رسة:القیادة التحویلیة، وجودة حیاة العمل والمتكون من ( 70 ) فقرة في مجمله، قام الباحث بتحلیل استجابات فق ا رت العینة مستخدما أسلوب الرزم الإحصائیة للد ا رسات وكمااستخدم الباحث .(spss v الاجتماعیة( 16 معامل ارتباط بیرسون للكشف عن علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائیة بین متغیري الد ا رسة. توصلت الد ا رسة إلى النتیجة التالیة: ثبوت صحة الفرضیة العامة توجد علاقة ارتباطیة ذات دلالة بین القیادة (α= إحصائیة عند مستوى( 0.05 التحویلیة وجودة حیاة العمل لدى الأساتذةبكلیةالعلوم الدقیقة و علوم الطبیعة والحیاة بجامعةمحمد خیضر بسكرة The study aimed to answer the following question: Is there a correlation statistically significant at the level of (α = 0.05) between transformational leadership and quality of work life of the professors at the Faculty of exact sciences and natural sciences and Life University Mohammed Khider Biskra? to achieve objectives of the study, the researcher designed questionnaire, includes two parts measures the variables of the study: transformational leadership, and quality of life work and consisting of (70) paragraph in its entirety the researcher analyzed the paragraphs of the sample responses using statistical packages for social studies method. (Spss). The researcher used the Pearson correlation coefficient to detect a statistically significant relationship between the variables of the study. The study reached the following result: Correlation statistically significant at the level of (α = 0.05) between transformational leadership and quality of work life with accurate and professors at the Faculty of exact sciences and natural sciences and Life University Mohammad Khider Biskra
