ﻫدﻓت ﻫذﻩ اﻟد ارﺳﺔ إﻟﻰ اﻟﻛﺷـف ﻋـن واﻗـﻊ اﻟﺗﻧﻣر ﻓـﻲ اﻻدارة اﻟﺟﺎﻣﻌﯾـﺔ اﻟﺟ ازﺋرﯾـﺔ، واﻟـﻰ اﻟﺗﻌـرف ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻌواﻣـل اﻟﻣﺳـﺑﺑﺔ ﻟـﻪ واﻟﺗـﻲ ﺗـم ﺣﺻـرﻫﺎ ﻓـﻲ ﻫـذا اﻟﻣﻘــﺎم ﺑﺳــﻠوﻛﺎت اﻻﺳــﺎءة، اﻟﺗﻣﯾﯾــز ﺑــﯾن اﻟﻣــوظﻔﯾن و اﻟﺗﺳﻠط اﻟوظﯾﻔﻲ اﻟﻣﻣﺎرس ﻋﻠـﻰ اﻟﻣﺗﻧﻣـر ﻋﻠـﯾﻬم. وﻗـد ﺗــم اﻧﺗﻬــﺎج اﻟﻣــﻧﻬﺞ اﻟوﺻــﻔﻲ ﻟﺗﺣﻘﯾــق اﻫــداف اﻟد ارﺳــﺔ ﺑﺎﺧﺗﯾــﺎر ﻛﻠﯾــﺔ اﻟﻌﻠــوم اﻻﻧﺳــﺎﻧﯾﺔ واﻻﺟﺗﻣﺎﻋﯾــﺔ ﻟﺟﺎﻣﻌــﺔ ﻣﺣﻣـد ﺧﯾﺿـر ﺑﺑﺳــﻛرة اﻧﻣوذﺟـﺎ ﻟﻠد ارﺳـﺔ، ﻣﺳــﺗﺧدﻣﯾن اﻻﺳــﺗﺑﯾﺎن ﻛــﺄداة ﻟﺟﻣــﻊ اﻟﺑﯾﺎﻧــﺎت، ﺑﻌــد ﺗوزﯾﻌﻬــﺎ ﻋﻠــﻰ ﺟﻣﯾــﻊ اﻟﻣــوظﻔﯾن اﻻدارﯾــﯾن ﺑﻘﺳــﻣﻲ اﻟﻌﻠــوم اﻻﻧﺳــﺎﻧﯾﺔ واﻟﻌﻠوم اﻻﺟﺗﻣﺎﻋﯾﺔ)ﻣﺳﺢ ﺷﺎﻣل(، وﺑﻧﺎء ﻋﻠـﻰ ﺗﺣﻠﯾـل وﺗﻔﺳــﯾر ﻫــذﻩ اﻟﺑﯾﺎﻧــﺎت ﺗــم اﻟﺗوﺻــل اﻟــﻰ ﻋــدة ﻧﺗــﺎﺋﺞ، اﺑرزﻫﺎ: - ﺗﺳــــﺎﻫم ﻛــــل ﻣــــن اﻻﺳــــﺎءة ﻓــــﻲ اﻧﺗﺷــــﺎر اﻟﺗﻧﻣر ﻓﻲ اﻻدارة اﻟﺟﺎﻣﻌﯾﺔ ﺑدرﺟﺔ ﻣﺗوﺳطﺔ. - ﯾﺳــــــﺎﻫم اﻟﺗﻣﯾﯾــــــز ﺑــــــﯾن اﻟﻣــــــوظﻔﯾن ﻓــــــﻲ اﻧﺗﺷـــﺎر ظـــﺎﻫرة اﻟﺗﻧﻣـــر ﻓـــﻲ اﻻدارة اﻟﺟﺎﻣﻌﯾـــﺔ ﺑدرﺟـــﺔ ﻣﺗوﺳطﺔ. - ﯾﺳــــــﺎﻫم اﻟﺗﺳــــــﻠط اﻟــــــوظﯾﻔﻲ ﻓــــــﻲ زﯾــــــﺎدة ﻣﺳﺗوى اﻟﺗﻧﻣر ﻓﻲ اﻻدارة اﻟﺟﺎﻣﻌﯾﺔ ﺑدرﺟﺔ ﻣﺗوﺳطﺔ. he aim of this study was to uncover the reality of bullying in the Algerian university administration and to identify the factors causing it, which have been limited in this regard by the behaviors of abuse, discrimination between employees and the predominance of the profession of the bully. The descriptive approach to achieving the objectives of the study was followed by the selection of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of the University of Mohammed Khaidar in the form of a model for the study, using the questionnaire as a data collection tool after it was distributed to all administrative staff in the Humanities and Social Sciences departments. To -The abuse of the prevalence of bullying in the university administration contributes to a medium degree. -The distinction between employees contributes to the prevalence of bullying in the university administration to a -Occupational bullying contributes to increasing the level of bullying in the university administration to a medium degree.
