دور المجتمع المدني في تحقيق الحوكمة الصحية للحد من الفساد

الملخص
يعتبر المجتمع المدني من اهم الفواعل التي تستطيع ان تساهم في الحد من الفساد والدفاع عن حقوق المريض لتحقيق مبدا العدالة والمساواة في الخدمة الصحية لجميع افراد المجتمع ، إن تحقيق أهداف التنمية المجتمعية الصحية ، يتطلب وضوح هذه الأهداف وتبنيها بشكل جدي من قبل كافة الأطراف وتوفر شروط المرونة والشفافية في العمل التشاركي وحقه في المساءلة في مجالس الادارة للمستشفيات، بالإضافة إلى توفر الموارد اللازمة لتغطية نفقات الخدمة الصحية وتفعيل دور الجمعيات الأهلية الأقرب إلى الناس ومشاكلهم، مما يعني ضرورة تنظيم العمل الأهلي، وظرورة وضع اطار قانوني يدعم مشاركة الجمعيات المرتفقة للصحة ويساعدها في تنمية مواردها بدورها كشريك لقطاع الصحة وبالإضافة الى هذا ضرورة وجود ارادة سياسية تفعل دور المجتمع المدني. Civil society is one of the most important factors , which can contribute to the reduction of corruption and the defense of the patient’s rights in order to achieve the principles of justice and equality in health services for all members of society. The achievement of the objectives of the quality of health social services requires clarity of the objectives and adopted seriously by all parties, and provide the conditions of flexibility and transparency in participatory work, and the right to accountability in the boards of directors of hospitals, in addition to the availability of the required materials to cover the health service expenses and activating the role of civil societies closest to the people and their problems, which means the need to orgyh4anize the social cooperative work .Also we must set a law scope that supports all the associations related to health and help them develop their resources as an effective partner in the health sector as well as the necessity of the existence of political will that activates the role of civil society.
