قراءة في التطور التنظيمي والأداء المالي لأسواق الأوراق المالية العربية

الملخص
سعت السلطات المسؤولة عن أسواق المال العربية جاهدة إلى مواكبة كافة المستجدات والتطورات الحاصلة في الأسواق المالية العالمية،وذلك من خلال العمل على تعديل الأنظمة والقوانين المناسبة، ودعم البيئة الإستثمارية العربية وتأمين بيئة آمنة لإصدار وتداول الأوراق المالية من أجل تحسين أداء هذه الأسواق حتى تعمل بكفاءة وشفافية.وشهدت الأسواق المالية العربية إصدار تشريعات في كل مرة في إطار سعيها المستمر لتحديث أرضيتها القانونية،كما شغل موضوع تطبيق ضوابط الحوكمة ومعايير الإنضباط المؤسسي حيزا لا بأس به من اهتمامات السلطة. ووجود مثل هذه الأنشطة يعد مؤشرا طيبا للمستثمر المحلي والأجنبي حيث يؤدي إلى مزيد من الكفاءة والسيولة والشفافية للسوق ويساعد على حماية المستثمر من المخاطر،ورغم تأثير الأزمة المالية العالمية (2007) والإضطرابات السياسية التي شهدتها بعض الدول العربية،عاودت الأسواق المالية العربية تحسنها. Abstract : The authorities responsible for the Arab capital markets have striven to keep abreast of all developments and developments in the global financial markets, and by working to amend the regulations and appropriate laws, and the support of the Arab investment environment and provide a safe environment for the issuance and trading of securities in order to improve the performance of these markets even operate efficiently and transparently .The Arab financial markets legislation knew in each time in the context of its continuing quest to modernize the legal floor, also served with the application of controls and corporate governance standards of institutional discipline space quite a bit of power concerns. And the existence of such activities is a good indicator for domestic and foreign investors as it leads to greater efficiency, liquidity and transparency of the market and helps to investor risk protection, despite the impact of the global financial crisis (2007) and political turmoil in some Arab countries, the Arab financial markets resumed improve
