أخلاقيات الأعمال وسبل ترسيخها في المؤسسة مع الإشارة إلى بعض التجارب الدولية

الملخص
لقد أصبح من المسلم به في عالم اليوم، عالم التنافسية والتسابق نحو مقدرات الحضارة والتقدم أن العنصر البشري هو الأداة الفاعلية في تنمية أي مجتمع من المجتمعات، ولا ترتقي الأمم ولا تصل إلى غايتها وأهدافها ما لم تكن منظومة الموارد البشرية لديها من الكفاءة والمهارة والتميز و الالتزام بالمبادئ والسلوك الأخلاقي بالقدر الذي يسمح لها بالتنافس بين الأمم ولا يمكنها تحقيق ذلك دون وجود معايير أخلاقية تنظم سير العمل، وتعزز الثقة بين المؤسسات والمستفيدين كما إنها عنصر أساس في نجاح العلاقة مع الجمهور والموظفين والمؤسسات الأخرى. يتطرق البحث إلى دور أخلاقيات العمل وسبل ترسيخها في المؤسسة مع بعض التجارب الدولية ضمن إطار نظري تجسد مفاهيم أساسية لبعدي البحث بوصفه من الموضوعات المعاصرة التي تكتسب أهميتها من تزايد الآثار السلبية الناجمة عن الفضائح الأخلاقية من جهة و الآثار الايجابية الناجمة عن السمعة الأخلاقية في إيجاد العميل ذي الولاء من جهة أخرى.والبعد الثاني المتمثل في دراسة بعض التجارب العالمية في أخلاقيات الأعمال لمعرفة هل هي واحدة في جوهرها وأسسها نجدها في كل تجربة من تجارب الإدارة، أم أن هناك أخلاقيات إدارة أمريكية ، وأخرى يابانية، وأخرى عربية وهكذا في التجارب الأخرى . Abstract: It has become accepted in today's world , the world of competitive race to the capabilities of civilization and progress that the human element is the tool of efficiency in the development of any society , and do not elevate Nations does not reach its goal and objectives that were not system of human resources for its efficiency , skill and excellence and commitment principles and ethical behavior to the extent that allows them to compete among nations and cannot be achieved without the presence of ethical standards governing the conduct of work , and promote trust between the institutions and the beneficiaries as it is an essential element in the success of the relationship with the public , staff and other institutions. The current paper deals the subject the role of business ethics and ways to consolidate the organization within the framework of a theoretical embody basic concepts of dimensional search as one of the contemporary issues that are gaining importance of increasing the negative effects of ethics scandals on the one hand and the positive effects resulting from a reputable ethical to find the client a loyalty on the other hand . dimension second goal in the study of some international experiences in business ethics to know you are one in essence and foundations found in each experiment from the experiences of administration , or is there the ethics of American administration , and other Japanese, and other Arab and so in other experiments .
