الملخص
استثمار أموال الوقف يؤدي إلى تنميتها و الحفاظ عليها حتى لا تأكلها النفقات والمصاريف، مما يساهم في تحقيق أهداف الوقف الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والتعليمية )توفير الحاجات الأساسية للفقراء، توفير التعليم، توفير الصحة و الرعاية الطبية، توفير المنافع العامة...الخ( إضافة إلى ذلك فإن الوقف الذي يراد له الاستمرار، لا يمكن أن يتحقق ذلك إلاّ من خلال الاستثمارات الناجحة، التي تحكما ضوابط مستنبطة من الشريعة الإسلامية. وعليه هناك مجالات شتى لاستثمار أموال الوقف يختار من بينها حسب طبيعة المال الموجه للاستثمار وحسب الظروف والأحوال السائدة وقت اتخاذ القرار الاستثماري وفي ضوء الضوابط الشرعية والمعايير الاستثمارية المتعارف عليها، ويمكن تقسيم هذه ا الات إلى: الاستثمار في ا ال العقاري، انشاء المشروعات الإنتاجية، انشاء المشروعات الخدمية، الاستثمار في الأنشطة الزراعية، الاستثمار في الأوراق المالية...الخ Investment of Waqf funds leads to their own development and maintenance so as not to be consumed by expenditure and expenses. This particular investment contributes to the achievement of the Waqf social, economic and educational objectives (providing the basic needs, education, health and medical care, public goods,... for the poor). In addition to this if Waqf is to be sustained, it can only be achieved through successful investments, which are governed by rules derived from the Islamic Law. Accordingly, there are various areas for investing Waqf funds, which are chosen according to the nature of the money directed to the investment, the circumstances prevailing at the time of the investment decision and in light of the regulations and the accepted investment criteria. These areas can be divided into: investment in real estate, construction of projects, investment in agricultural activities, investment in securities etc.
