الملخص
الملخص يتناول هذا البحث مفهوم السلم المدني وموارده في السنة النبوية كمقصد من مقاصد الدين، وأهم الأسس التي سنها النبي عليه الصلاة والسلام من أجل تحقيق تلك الغاية المثلى في المجتمع المسلم، ويظهر من خلال البحث شمولية معالجة النبي عليه السلام لهذه القضية، إذ أن تلك الأسس مترابطة متداخلة لا يستغنى بأحدها عن الآخر، وتشمل الجانب العقدي والفكري، الجانب الاجتماعي والأخلاقي، الجانب المادي، والجانب السياسي. وقد تجسد ذلك عمليا في مجتمع المدينة المنورة الذي كان مثالا للتعايش والأمن المدني أفرادا وجماعات على تنوع مكوناته، مما لا نجده في أي مجتمع بشري آخر. Civil peace: Concept, Resources and Pillars in the Prophetic Sunna Abstract This research deals with the concept of civil peace, its resources in the Prophetic Sunna as one of the religious purposes, and the most important principles that the Prophet (pbuh) enacted to achieve such an ideal end in the Muslim society. It is recognized throughout the study that the Prophet dealt with civil peace in a comprehensive manner, those principles are interrelated and interdependent including dogmatic, intellectual, social, moral, material, and political aspects. The Madinah Munawara community was an example that could practically personalize cohabitation and civil peace in individuals as well as groups of various components, which could not be witnessed in any other human society.
