الملخص
الملخص باللغة العربية: الإنسان كائن أخلاقي متشوف للكمال ومتطلع للتسامي دائما,وما من شك أن الديانات السماوية قد اشتركت في الدعوة والحث على تجسيد القيم العليا في الأخلاق لتحقيق غاية الخلق والاستخلاف .ولأن العدالة هي أولى فضائل النشاط البشري كما قال جون رولز ,فقد تناولت هذه القيمة العليا وعلاقتها بالإنسان من خلال منظور المسيحية والإسلام من الناحيتين النظرية والتطبيقية وأعلى مراتبها متمثلة في نظرية المحبة المسيحية و لأن الإسلام وسط واعتدال بين شريعة الخوف وشريعة الحب كما قال د عبد الله دراز"جاءت نظرية الإحسان في الإسلام تجسيدا للتسامي في تطبيق العدل على سبيل التخيير لا الإلزام. الملخص باللغة الأجنبية: Research Summary Man is a moral being always seeking perfection and looking forward to ascension. There is no doubt that the heavenly religions have participated in the call and urged to reflect the highest values of morality to achieve the goal of creation and succession. As justice is the first virtue of human activity, as John Rolls said, I dealt with this supreme value and its relationship with man through the perspective of Christianity and Islam in terms of theory and practice and its highest ranks represented in the theory of Christian love and because Islam is moderation between the law of fear and the law of love, as said by Dr. Abdullah Deraz, "the theory of charity in Islam came to reflect the rise in the application of justice by choice not obligation.
