الملخص
يتناول المقال دراسة الواقع السوسيو مهني للمراسل الصحفي في الجزائر، انطلاقا من الظروف التي استجدت في الساحة الإعلامية بصدور قانون الإعلام العضوي الجديد، وتطور النقاش حول حقوق وواجبات الصحفيين، هذه الأحداث التي نعتبرها مؤشرات مرحلة جديدة للممارسة الإعلامية في الجزائر. وحاول المقال أن يلقي نظرة على واقع المراسل الصحفي ووضعه المهني و الاجتماعي. وظهر لنا جليا أهمية الاستقرار الوظيفي ومميزات الايجابية على أداء الصحفي وإبداعه ، من خلال الفرق الواضح بين مراسلي الصحف العامة والخاصة من حيث المعاملة ، ومن حيث الحقوق المكفولة . Abstract : This article deals with the subject of socio-professional reality of the reporter journalist in Algeria, from the circumstances that have taken place in the media scene as the new media membership law and the development of the debate about the rights and duties of journalists, events which we consider indicating a new phase of media practice in Algeria. The article tries to look at the reality and the professional and social status of the reporter journalist. It appears then clearly that job stability and positive features are important for the performance and the creativity of the journalist through the clear difference between the correspondents of public and private newspapers in terms of treatment and in terms of the rights guaranteed.
