Abstract
Since the beginning of the twentieth century, various attempts have been made to establish universal principles through international organization specialized agencies such as the league of nations and the international united press association IUPA. Attempts. Like these, have covered areas of universal interests, political, economic, cultural, scientific and information fields As a main source of information, mass media are of great importance regarding their potential impact on international relations. Mass media, defined in general terms, cover all forms of communication, printed and electronic, as well as the types of information transmitted (News, films, documentation, fiction…) they have been the subject of more or professional organization, such as the united nation organisation, unesco, European conference on securirity and cooperation, and journalistic institution(IUPA, IFJ, IOJ)..
