الملخص

إن ظاهرة تكرار وانتشار عدوى الأزمات المالية في مختلف الاقتصاديات العالمية، يشكل ظاهرة مثيرة للاهتمام وذلك لما ينتج عنها من آثار حادة وخطيرة تشكل تهديدا على النظم السياسية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية خاصة، وبفعل سياسات الانفتاح المالي على الخارج الذي اتخذته معظم الدول ساعد على نقل عدوى هذه الأزمات بين دول العالم، ونظرا لطبيعة الأزمات المالية وارتباطها بكافة الأنشطة المالية والنقدية وغيرها، وقد خصصنا هذه الورقة البحثية لتحديد مفاهيم الأزمات المالية وأنواعها وأسباب نشؤها والتعرف على أزمة الديون السيادية في اليونان. The phenomenon of recurrence and spread of financial crises in various world economies is an interesting phenomenon because of the severe and dangerous effects that pose a threat to the political, social and economic systems in particular, and by the policies of financial openness abroad adopted by most countrieshelped to transfer the infection of these crises among the countries of the world as well as the nature of financial crises and their association with all financial and monetary activities and others. And we have devoted this paper to identify the concepts and types of financial crises and the reasons for their emergence and identify the sovereign debt crisis in Greece and its most important implications.
