المجتمع الدولي والقضايا الإنسانية قضية اللاجئين الفلسطينيين- نموذجا

الملخص
إن قضية اللاجئين الفلسطينيين؛ هي من أكبر وأهم المسائل التي لا تزال تشكل محور المفاوضات السياسية الدائرة بين الطرفين الفلسطيني والصهيوني، كما هي من أهم النقاط التي تناولتها منظمات المجتمع الدولي ممثلا في هيأة الأمم المتحدة في مختلف دوراتها منذ بروز هذه المٍسألة، وسبب استمرار وتكرار طرحها هو عدم الوصول إلى حل نهائي بسبب تمسك كل طرف برؤيته من جهة وتعنت الطرف الصهيوني من جهة ثانية وعدم مقدرة المجتمع الدولي فرض رؤيته على الطرف الصهيوني. تندرج هذه المقالة ضمن تحليل الظاهرة كظاهرة اجتماعية وإنسانية بالدرجة الأولى وكيف تعامل معها المجتمع الدولي ممثلا في هيئة الأمم المتحدة من خلال المنظمات واللجان التي اعتمدتها الأخيرة كلجنة التوفيق ومنظمة الانورا. Abstract: Palestinian refugee issue; is the largest and the most important issues that are still at the center of political negotiations between the Palestinian and Israeli sides, as are the main points addressed by the representatives of civil society organizations in the United Nations Organization in the various sessions since the emergence of this issue, and the reason for the continuation and repetition put this issue , is the lack of access to the final solution. This is due to two reasons. First, each party stuck to his vision. Second, the inability of the international community to impose his vision on the Israeli party. Through this article we will try to analyze this issue, as social and human phenomenon and how to deal with it the international community, especially the United Nations through organizations and committees adopted by the United Nations and the Organization as a committee to reconcile and UNRWA.
