تقوية مكانة المجلس الدستوري ودوره في حماية الحقوق والحريات على ضوء الإصلاح الدستوري

الملخص
ملخص: دولة القانون تتشكل من أجهزة ومؤسسات تسعى جاهدة إلى تكريس هذا المفهوم، ومن بين هته المؤسسات والأجهزة، نجد المجلس الدستوري الذي بدوره يسهر على تطبيق القانون من جميع مناحيه. ولقد كان للتعديل الدستوري لسنة 2016 دور فعال في تعزيز وتقوية مكانة المجلس الدستوري لاسيما في مجال تعديل الدستور وكذا حماية الحقوق والحريات على اختلافها. Résumé L’état de droit se constitue, de façon réelle et pratique, de plusieurs institutions et établissements, parmi lesquels le conseil constitutionnel qui est doté d’une mission majeure qu’est la bonne application des textes à travers toutes leurs dimensions. A cet égard, l'amendement constitutionnel de 2016 a consolidé le rôle et la place dudit conseil, particulièrement en matière de la révision de la constitution et de la protection des droits et des libertés publiques. Abstract: The rule of law is made up of the organs and institutions striving to dedicate this concept, and between these institutions and agencies find the Constitutional Council, which in turn ensures the implementation of the law against all difficult, and it was the constitutional amendment for the year 2016 an active role in promoting and strengthening the position of the Constitutional Council, especially in the field of amending the Constitution and as well as the protection of the rights and freedoms of the various.
