The movement of the Association of Muslim Scholars has remained operative within the Algerian community in France for a duration of approximately two decades (1936-1956), in which impressive results have been achieved, both in education and mentorship. Having said that, the paper at hand sheds light at the impact of this work on the Algerian community (In France), as well as the ways the movement of scholars reacted to the armed revolt (Algerian revolution) which marked the break-out in Algeria on 1954. This also addresses the fate of the institutions founded by the movement, as well as its advocators after that.
