الملخص
The issue of women's rights is of crucial importance to researchers and students who are interested in the legal field, since women have suffered and is still suffering from the severe violations of her fundamental rights and freedom, particularly, the discrimination practiced against her in all areas of general life, that’s why the international group sought to find ways to promote her rights by adopting the positive discrimination technique aimed at realizing the principle of equality and guarantying equality between men and women as compensation for the discrimination practiced against her in the past, this principle is a guarantee of equality between the sexes, so positive discrimination comes as a technique to activate equality rather than to limit it. In fact, Algeria has made efforts to promote the rights of women and has tried to nullify all forms of discrimination against her and to associate her directly with the decision-making process in accordance with the international commitments.
