الملخص
The competition law is applied by a specialized technical; shall ensure the application of this law depending on the changes that keep pace with sector activity on the application of law and prevailing conditions during in this enforcement. This technical body of the competition council is established under the order 95-06 on competition; and after it the order 03-03 witch replaced it to be a competent adjusts the market, where it exercised tow main activities: a consultant activity, and acontention activities. And it, the copetition council as the authority of an independant administrative, must be enjoyed a legal status that authorizes the exercice of this powers specifed in the competition law.
