الملخص
The Algerian legislator subject the execution of the foreign adjudication’s judge in Algeria to control which it have to commit ,for to not impede their execution and it is given to the national guardianship on adjudication’s judge through checking its legitimacy and its suitability to public system , as to not be conversed to it ,and to the other judgment which released from another legal sides , and it should respect the integrity execution’s procedure which is followed ,by starting the demand of exequatur to the procedures of these operation .
