الملخص
الملخص للإنسان أهلية الوجوب بمجرد ولادته حيا، و له ذمة مالية منفصلة تماما عن والديه أو القائمين عليه. اعترف المشرع الجزائري أن يقبل القصر لفتح دفاتر دون تدخل وليهم الشرعي و لكن يبقى خاضعا لأحكام القانون المقرة لحماية القصر. Abstract As the human being has the capacity of enjoyment from his live birth, he has a heritage totally distinct from that of his parents and any other representative. The Algerian legislator has recognized to the minor the right that the minors can open bank accounts without the intervention of their tutor, while remaining subject to the provisions of the protection of minors.
