التحليل الكمي لأثر السياسة النقدية على ميزان المدفوعات في الجزائر

الملخص
الملخَّـص: تهدف الدراسة إلى قياس أثر السياسة النقدية على التوازن الخارجي من خلال دراسة نموذج قياسي حيث استخدم في الدراسة اختبار التكامل المشترك ونموذج تصحيح الخطأ في المدى القصير والطويلة، وقد بينت الدراسة أن هناك علاقة طويلة الأجل ومتكاملة بين متغيرات السياسة النقدية والميزان المدفوعات، كما تبين أيضا أن أكثر المتغيرات تأثيرا على ميزان المدفوعات هو سعر الصرف التضخم، أما بالنسبة لمتغير سعر الفائدة فقد وجد أن تأثيره في المدى القصير غير معنوي أما تأثيره في المدى الطويل فهو ضعيف جدا ومرد ذلك أن النظام البنكي في الجزائر ضعيف جدا ولا يؤثر بدرجة كبيرة على المتغيرات الاقتصادية. السياسة النقدية، التوازن الخارجي، الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، التكامل المشترك. Résumé : L'étude vise à mesurer l'impact de la politique monétaire sur l'équilibre économique à travers l'étude du modèle) Magee, Oladipupo & Onotaniyohuwo). Des tests d'intégration courants à court et à long terme sont utilisés dans l'étude. L'étude a montré qu'il existe une relation à long terme et intégrée entre les variables de politique monétaire et la balance des paiements, elle a également montré que les variables ayant le plus d'impact sur la balance des paiements sont le taux de change et l'inflation. Concernant la variable de taux d'intérêt, il a été constaté que son impact à court terme n'était pas significatif et son impact à long terme est très faible car le système bancaire algérien est très faible et n'affecte pas significativement les variables économiques. Abstract : The study aims to measure the impact of monetary Policy on the economic balance through the study of )Magee, Oladipupo & Onotaniyohuwo) model. Common integration testing in the long and short term is used in the study. The study has showed that there is a long-term and an integrated relationship between monetary policy variables and the balance of payments, it has also showed that the variables which have the most impact on the balance of payments are exchange rate and inflation. Concerning the interest rate variable, it has been found that its impact in the short term was not significant and its impact in the long-term is very weak because the banking system in Algeria is very weak and does not affect significantly on the economic variables.
