البنية النفسية بين السواء والمرض

الملخص
الملخَّـص: نتناول في هذا المقال موضوع البنية النفسية في علم النفس المرضي من مرحلة اللآتمايز النفسي الجسمي إلى مرحلة ظهور الاضطراب النفسي سواء العصاب أو الذهان أو الحالات الحدية، والبنية النفسية هي ذلك التركيب أو التنظيم النفسي الذي يميز كل فرد منا، وهي تتشكل انطلاقا من مجموعة من الأبعاد التي تظهر على مستوى اللاشعور، مثل مستوى نكوص اللبيدو (التثبيت)، وطبيعة الصراع النفسي، والعلاقة بالموضوع (العلاقة مع الأم)..إلخ؛ وتحديد نوع البنية النفسية للراشد أمر أساسي لتحديد نوع الاضطراب النفسي الناتج عنها، أما بالنسبة للطفل والمراهق فتحديد نوع التنظيم النفسي مهم جدا رغم عدم اكتمال نمو الشخصية عندهما، لأنه سيدلنا على خطوط الضعف والقوة التي تميز نموهما، وبالتالي إمكانية العلاج والشفاء خلال مسار النمو والتطور. Résumé : Cet article traite le thème de la structure psychologique en psychopathologie de phase de l’indifférenciation psychosomatique au phase de l’apparence de trouble psychologique soit le névrose ou la psychose ou les l’état limites , la structure psychologique est la composition ou l’organisation psychologique qui distingue chacun d'entre nous, elle est formée à partir d'un ensemble de dimensions qui apparaissent au niveau du l’inconscient , comme le niveau de la régression de libido (la fixation), la nature de conflit psychique, et la relation d’objet (la relation avec la mère) ; et déterminer le type de la structure psychologique d’un adulte est essentiel pour sélectionner le type de trouble psychologique qui en résulte, en ce qui concerne l'enfant et l'adolescent, la définition du type de l' organisation psychologique est très importante même si leur développement personnel n'est pas complet, parce qu'il nous montrera les lignes de faiblesse et de force qui caractérisent leur croissance, et donc la possibilité de traitement et de guérison au cours de la croissance et du développement. Abstract: This article deals with the theme of psychological structure in psychopathology of psychosomatic indifférenciation phase to the appearance phase of psychological disorder whether the neurosis or the psychosis or the marginal situations, the psychological structure is the psychological composition or organization that characterizes each of us, it is formed from a set of dimensions that appear at the level of the unconscious; as the level of libido regression (the fixation), the nature of psychic conflict, and the object relation (the relationship with the mother), and determining the type of psychological structure for the major is essential to select the type of psychological disorder that results, as for the child and teenager, defining the type of psychological organization is very important despite the incomplete growth of their personality, because it will show us the lines of weakness and strength that characterize their growth, and thus the possibility of treatment and healing in the course of growth and development.
