دور الرقابة المرورية في التقليل من حوادث المرور

الملخص
الملخَّـص: تعد حوادث المرور أحد ابرز المشكلات التي تواجهها الجزائر ككل الدول، وهي مشكلة في تزايد مستمر مما ينجر عنها خسائر مادية وبشرية كبيرة، ناهيك عن الآثار الاجتماعية والإقتصادية. عليه حاولنا تسليط الضوء على دور الرقابة المرورية في التقليل من حوادث المرور وكذا السلامة المرورية التي تهدف إلى تبني كافة الخطط وبرامج الرقابة للتقليل من ظاهرة تفاقم حوادث المرور. Résumé : les accidents de la route consédérés comme, l'un des problèmes les plus importants auxquels l'Algérie est confrontée sans cesse et entraînent de grandes pertes matérielles et humaines, sans parler des conséquences sociales et économiques touchant la société Algérienne . Par conséquent, dans ce papier nous avons essayé de démontrer le rôle du contrôle routier dans la réduction des accidents de la circulation et la sécurité routière, qui vise à l'adoption de tous les plans et programmes de contrôle pour diminuer le phénomène des accidents de la circulation. Abstract : Longer traffic accidents, one of the most prominent problems facing Algeria as a whole states, a problem in the continuously increasing, which results in big material and human losses, not to mention the social and economic implications. we have tried to shed light on the role of the traffic control to reduce traffic accidents and traffic safety, which aims at the adoption of all the plans and programs of control to reduce the phenomenon of aggravation of traffic accidents.
