Résumé
Le système financier joue un rôle important dans l’économie est cela à travers plusieurs fonctions. Toutefois, la manière par laquelle le système financier est géré détermine sa contribution dans la croissance économique et la réduction de la pauvreté. L'objectif de cette étude consiste à déterminer l'influence de la libéralisation financière sur la pauvreté en Algérie durant la période de 1970 à 2013. L'estimation d'une équation, prenant en compte les déterminants traditionnels de la croissance les plus significatifs pour le cas de l’Algérie et des variables financières, montre une relation fortement significative (coefficients significatifs à 5%) et négative entre une variable financière (l’approfondissement financier) et la pauvreté, ce qui nous amène à conclure, l'existence d'un effet négatif entre la libéralisation financière et la pauvreté dans ce pays. The financial system plays an important role in the economy is that through several functions. However, the way in which the financial system is managed determines its contribution to economic growth and poverty reduction. The objective of this study is to determine the impact of financial liberalization on poverty in Algeria during the period 1970 to 2013. The estimate of an equation, taking into account the traditional determinants of the most significant growth the case of Algeria and financial variables, shows a highly significant relationship (significant coefficients at 5%) and negative between a financial variable (financial deepening) and poverty, which leads us to conclude the existence of a negative effect between financial liberalization and poverty in this country.
