الملخص
This article treats the utility of the commercial sector with reference to the new administrative and civil code 08-09 of February 25th, 2008 to solute fights consumptions. It illustrates the effectiveness of this code in providing insurances that previous laws failed to cover and that feat the consumer’s benefit.
