الملخص
This is no doubt that the need for integration is becoming increasingly urgent, especially for the smaller banks are suffering a significant number of fiscal problems and the structure of chronically overshadowed by the growing problem of bad debts in many banks, the expected gains for the integration of these banks in the entities of the most powerful open the door to hope for the treatment of those problems and take advantage of economies of scale and rationalization of operating costs and broaden the base of banking services and the allocation of risks, with the support of financial structures and to improve profitability and increase the shareof those banks from the market and then raise the performance level of the banking system as a whole.
