الملخص
I took in this article the matter of donation contract’s convene. How it must be ? by affirmation and acceptation or by necessary of occurrence of receipt to get it .or what is known in juristic by the matter of contract kind and I studied it as a comparison study and presentation of saying in Islamic jurisprudence and it s indicationsand then the sincerity of what is preferred form it.
