الملخص
The important changes which characterized the worldwide economy during the last decades involved a tendency to the creation of regional economic blocs, they became a strong necessity and a strategic need for all countries of the world, and that taking into account the positive effects which they would offer on the one hand, and the confrontation of risks and challenges set by the new world economic system on the other hand. In view of this tendency, the emergence of opportunities which are offered to the islamic countries to form a plain economic bloc which will allow their political unification as well as their economic decisions in order to guarantee a positive interaction that is imposed by the international and regional challenges today. This, in order to avoid negative repercussions which would result from the division of these national economies. Hence, in order to ensure the possibility of a dynamization of the Union of the islamic countries, there should be a political will which would help to prepare a basis for a comprehensive strategy for the development of the islamic world. This would not fail to enhance the creation of a project which would facilitate a positive insertion of all the member countries into a worldwide economy.
