المحافظة على البيئة لأجل تنمية مستديمة / Preserving The Environment For Sustainable Development.

الملخص

لقد وصلت الدولة الحديثة إلى مستوى عال من التنظيم في هيئاتها الإدارية وتطور في وسائلها الإنتاجية والتكنولوجية في مختلف المجالات، كل ذلك من اجل الحصول على حياة أفضل وبشكل متواصل، وهو ما يطلق عليه بالمفهوم الحديث للحصول على مستوى من التنمية الاقتصادية. لكن المتتبع إلى قضايا التنمية وشؤونها يستنتج ويلتمس أنها ألحقت أضرارا بكل ما هو كائن حي ولاسيما بالإنسان بدلا من أن تنفعها، بمعنى أنها أحدثت خللا في المنظومة البيئية وأصبحت توصف بالفاسدة وبالمتدهورة. والكل مقتنع أن سبب تدهورها هو الإنسان من خلال السياسات المنتهجة من قبله في الحصول على مستوى من الرخاء المادي، مما لزم عليه اليوم أن يصلح ما أفسده البارحة في حق البيئة، ويسعى أن لا يلحق بها أضرارا في المستقبل حتى يوصلها سالمة ونظيفة إلى الأجيال القادمة في إطار المفهوم الجديد المسمى "بالتنمية المستدامة". The modern state has reached a high level of organization in its administrative bodies and has developed its means of production and technology in various fields, all that in order to obtain a better life and in a continuous way, which is called the modern concept of achieving a level of economic development. But whoever follows the issues and problems of development concludes and seeks that they have caused damage to all that is a living organism, especially the human being rather than benefiting them, in the sense that they have caused a disruption in the ecosystem and became described as corrupt and deteriorating. Everyone is convinced that the cause of this degradation is the human being through the policies taken by him to achieve a level of material prosperity. Today, he has to repair the damage he caused to the environment and do all he can to refrain from causing further damage to it in the future, in order to pass it on safe and clean to future generations, within the framework of the new concept of "sustainable development".
