مكافحة السنة النبوية للفساد المالي وآثاره الاقتصادية

الملخص
ملخص يهدف هذ البحث إلى توضيح دور السنة النبوية في مكافحة ظاهرة الفساد المالي التي تفشت في البلدان الإسلامية، وأدت إلى إهدار مواردها المالية والبشرية والمادية، وقد انعكس ذلك بشكل سلبي على وضع الدولة المالي، وعلى أوضاع الأفراد الذين يعيشون في كنفها، فتناول دور السنة النبوية في منع الفساد في كل من جباية الزكاة وتوزيعها، وفي السوق، وفي مؤسسات الدولة، كما سلط الضوء على أهم الآثار الاقتصادية المترتبة على هذه الظاهرة. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى نتائج عديدة أهمها أن الإدارة النبوية ركزت على معالجة أسباب الفساد جذريا قبل حدوثه، سواء أكان ذلك في القطاع العام أم الخاص، وذلك من خلال ضبط العمليات التي تحدث في السوق، وحسن اختيار الموظفين في القطاع العام، ومراقبتهم ومحاسبة المخطيء منهم، ووضع تشريعات تمنع الفساد في جباية الزكاة، والإيرادات العامة، وتمنع الفساد في إنفاقها. Abstract Anti-Sunnah financial corruption and economic effects: prepared by: Dr. Adnan M.Y Rababah / assistant professor in Islamic Economic Department, at Yarmouk University This research aims to clarify the role of the Sunnah in the fight against the phenomenon of financial corruption rampant in the Islamic countries, and led to wastage of financial, human and material resources, and this has negatively reflected on the financial situation of the state, and individuals, handled the role of the Sunnah in prevent corruption in collection and distribution the Zakat, in the market, and in state institutions, also highlighted the most important economic implications of this phenomenon. The study has concluded that the Prophet's administration focused on addressing the causes of radical corruption before it occurs, whether in the public or private sector, and that by adjusting the processes occurring in the market, and a good selection of staff in the public sector, and monitoring and accounting Almkhte them, and developing legislation to prevent corruption in the collection of Zakat, public revenues, and prevent corruption in their spending.
