أثر ثورات الربيع العربي في عودة الولاءات الطائفية

الملخص
بالرغم من أن مسألة الولاءات الطائفية قديمة قدم الإنسانية، مرتبطة بالتنوع الطبيعي والاختلافات بين البشر وقلة الثقة في السلطة، وبالرغم من أن ظهورها كمشكلة تحتاج لضبط طرح بإلحاح في ظل التطورات الدولية الحديثة التي يشهدها العالم العربي، إلا أن الاهتمام بالتأطير القانوني لأساس المشكلة وهي الحماية القانونيةللأقليات، والعمل على إذابة الفروقات دون القضاء على التنوع والتعدد المجتمعي لا يزال مطروحا كسبيل للقضاء على تنامي العنف في الشارع العربي. Although the issue of sectarian loyalties old case, linked to the natural diversity and differences between humans and the lack of confidence in power, despite the fact that they appear as a problem need to adjust the ask insistently in light of recent international developments in the Arab world, but the interest in the legal solution to the root of the problem which is the legal protection for minorities, and work to melt the differences without eliminating societal diversity and multiculturalism is still on the table as a way to eliminate the growing violence in the Arab street.
