الملخص

في ظل التحولات العميقة في ميدان الاقتصاد والتجارة على الصعيد العالمي، التي أفرزت منافسة عالمية شرسة، أصبح من خلالها نجاح المؤسسات مرهونا بوجود إدارة ناجحة قادرة على بلوغ وزيادة الفاعلية والكفاءة أو بعبارة أخرى تحسين الإنتاجية. فالمؤسسة من خلال تأدية نشاطاتها وسعيا منها لتحقيق أهدافها المسطرة وتنفيذ سياساتها المختلفة بكفاية وفعالية،فإنها تقيس مدى توصلها إلى ذلك من خلال تقييم الأداء وقياس نتائج النشاط، والمتمثل في إيجاد مقياسا للعلاقة بين كل من مخرجات المؤسسة (إجمالي الإنتاج المحقق) ومدخلاتها (عمالة،مواد، رأس مال، خدمات، معلومات) في فترة زمنية معينة، وهو ما يصطلح على تسميته بالإنتاجية، وكل هذا مرتبط بعملية تحويل المدخلات إلى مخرجات عن طريق التدريب وطرق الإنتاج المثالية، التي تدفع المؤسسة إلى تحسين إنتاجية وكفاءة منظومات الإنتاج وترتفع معدلات الجودة والتفوق الفني عن طريق الحوافز وتشجيع العاملين، ولهذا سوف نتطرق إلى بعض النقاط الأساسية حول الإنتاجية وكيفية مساهمتها في رفع تنافسية المؤسسات. رموزjel: D24, F23, L14, L20, M14 .
