أشكال السرقة العلمية و آليات محاربتها.

الملخص

تعد الجامعة المحرك الرئيسي لتطور ونمو البلدان في جميع الميادين، وهذا من خلال البحوث العلمية التي تستند في محتوياتها على دراسة موضوع ما، والقائمة بدورها على هدف معين يرجى بلوغه من اجل تثمين المعرفة لخدمة البشرية. تقوم و ترتكز مناهج البحث العلمي المتنوعة حسب تنوع حقول المعرفة، على الأمانة العلمية، وذلك من خلال جمع البيانات و المعلومات ونقلها، كما تعد الأمانة العلمية من مقومات كتابة البحث العلمي، فهي تجمع بين القدرة العلمية، و المهارات الشخصية، و الرغبة النفسية، و الاستعداد الشخصي للباحث في دراسته، بالإضافة إلى التواضع و الموضوعية، و تحرص على عدم إسناد الباحث لنفسه أفكار و اجتهادات الغير، و تلزم إسنادها إلى أصحابها. تهدف الأمانة العلمية إلى إعطاء البحث قيمته الحقيقية و أصالته، فهي تلك المسؤولية التي يتوجب على جميع منتسبي الوسط الأكاديمي من أساتذة وطلبة و باحثين و هيئات جامعية بالتخلق بها، وذلك بتجنب التضليل في الأبحاث و النتائج، كما تحث على التزام الباحث بالإشارة إلى المصادر الأصلية للمعلومات المستخدمة في بحثه، و الابتعاد عن عملية الغش و الانتحال باستخدام كلمات أو أفكار أو معلومات خاصة بشخص دون ذكر هذا الشخص او مصدر هذه الأفكار أو المعلومات، ناسبها إلى نفسه، وهذا ما يسمى بالسرقة العلمية. فلابد من البحث العلمي أو ذلك الجهد العقلي المنظم الهادف للوصول إلى معرفة علمية دقيقة و فق خطوات منطقية مترابطة (المنهج)، التعريف بصور المخالفات العلمية، و خلق سبل أو طرق مكافحتها في إعداد الأبحاث العلمية، وهذا خدمة للعلم و المعرفة و للمجتمعات عامة. Abstract The University is the main driver of the development and growth of countries in all fields. This is done through scientific research whose content is based on the study of a subject, which in turn has a specific goal to attain in order to value knowledge for the benefit of mankind. The scientific research methods vary according to the diversity of the fields of knowledge and the scientific secretariat through the collection and transfer of data and information. The scientific secretariat is also one of the components of scientific research writing. It combines scientific ability, personal skills, psychological desire, and The personal readiness of the researcher in his study, in addition to humility and objectivity, and is keen not to assign the researcher himself ideas and the jurisprudence of others, and commit to assign them to their owners. The aim of the scientific secretariat is to give the research its true value and authenticity. It is the responsibility that all members of the academic community, including professors, students, researchers and university bodies, must create by avoiding misleading research and results. Used in his research, and away from the process of fraud and plagiarism using the words or ideas or information of a person without mentioning this person or the source of these ideas or information, appropriate to himself, and this is called scientific theft. The scientific research or systematic mental effort aimed at reaching accurate scientific knowledge and logical steps related to the curriculum should be presented. It should identify the forms of scientific irregularities, and create ways or means of combating them in the preparation of scientific research. This is a service for knowledge and knowledge of societies in general.
