مسألة رفع الأسعار بين الإكراه الواقعي والنظر المقاصدي

الملخص
الملخص: يعالج هذا الموضوع مسألة غلاء الأسعار في ضوء مقاصد الشريعة؛ في الوقت الذي يقوم فيه بعض التجار باستغلال بعض المواقف والظروف الاقتصادية للقيام برفع سعر بعض المنتجات خصوصا الغذائية–الضرورية- منها من تلقاء أنفسهم، مبررين موقفهم هذا بمبررات وأعذار متنوعة ومختلفة؛ كحتمية الواقع الاقتصادي وشعورهم بالغبن الفاحش، والذي فرض عليهم –بعد عدم تدخل السلطات المعنية- الإقدام على مثل هذا الفعل، وذلك لأن إعمال النظر المقاصدي في مسألة رفع الأسعار ينبغي أن ينضبط بضوابط مختلفة ومحدَّدة، وأن يتجسَّد بآليات وميكانزمات صارمة من شأنها أن تحمي الأسعار من التلاعب، والسلع من الاحتكار والمضاربة والقدرة الشرائية من الاستضعاف والإرهاق والمال العام والخاص من الاستنزاف. Abstrac: This issue addresses the problem of high prices; while some traders exploit some of the positions and economic conditions to raise the price of some products, especially the food - necessary - on their own, justify their position with various justifications and excuses, such as imperative economic reality and They feel tricky in trade, which Imposed upon them - after the Absence of authorities concerned - to to do so; because the the use of the objectives of Shariaa in the subject of raising prices should be regulated by different and specific controls and embodied in strict mechanisms that will protect prices from manipulation and protect commodities of monopoly, speculation and purchasing power of exhaustion and public and private money from attrition.
