Contribution à L’optimisation D’un Processus De Production Par Le Diagramme D’ishikawa.

Résumé
Dans un contexte économique exigeant et concurrentiel, l’entreprise est contrainte d’adopter une stratégie en matière de développement pour rester compétitive. Pour atteindre ce but, l’entreprise doit être flexible et réactive qui se traduit par une meilleure gestion de ses processus. L’amélioration de l’efficacité et de l’efficience du processus de production est la préoccupation permanente des dirigeants de toute entreprise. En effet, l’optimisation des processus de production étant un enjeu majeur dans le contexte socio-économique, l’objectif est de proposer un ensemble de mesures visant l’amélioration du processus de production. Dans ce contexte, cet article propose l’optimisation du processus de production de la composante « chaudière » d’une entreprise à l’aide du diagramme d’Ishikawa, et sa validation sur le terrain industriel. ملخص فى طلب بيئة اقتصادية تنافسي‘اضطرت المؤسسة الى اعتماد استراتيجية التنمية في المحافظة على القدرة التنافسية. وصول إلى هذا الغرض يجب أن تكون مرنة شركة و رد الفعل الذي هو ترجمة أفضل من إدارة عملياتها. التحسين كفاءة وفاعلية عملية الإنتاج هو مصدر قلق دائم من قادة من أي شركة. وفي الواقع فإن تحسين عمليات الإنتاج حصة كبيرة في هذا السياق الاجتماعى الاقتصادى‘هدف من ذلك هو اقتراح مجموعة من التدابير الرامية إلى تحسين عملية الإنتاج. فى هذا السياق‘هذه المقلة تقترح تحسين عملية إنتاج .عنصر من عناصر الغالية شركة طريق مخطط ايشيكاوا(), التحقق من الصحة على أرض الواقع. Abstract: In an unstable context characterized by the turbulence of markets and the competitive pressures, the firm is forced to adopt a strategy in development to remain competitive. To reach this purpose, the company must be flexible and reactive and it passes by a better management of its processes. The improvement of the efficiency and the efficiency of the process of production is the permanent preoccupation of the leaders of any firm. Indeed, the optimization of the processes of production being a major stake in the socioeconomic context, the objective is to propose a set of measures aiming at the improvement of the process of production. In this context, this article proposes the optimization of the process of production of the constituent "boiler" of a firm by means of the diagram of Ishikawa, and its validation on the industrial ground.
