الحقوق المالية للمرأة في الديانات السماوية-دراسة مقارنة-

الملخص
على مرِّ التاريخ، وتعاقُب الأمم والحضارات، وظهور كل من الديانة اليهودية والمسيحية، والتحريف الذي طرأ عليهما، كانتِ المرأةُ ممسوخةَ الهُوية، فاقِدة الأهلية، منزوعة الحريَّة، لا قِيمةَ لها تُذكر، أو شأن يُعتبر، بل كانتْ تُقاسي في عامَّة أحوالها، ألوانًا من الظُّلم والقهْر، والشَّقاء والذُّل، صاغتْها أهواءٌ ضالَّة، أو عقائدُ فاسِدة. إن الممارسة للديانات السماوية بهذه المفاهيم المبنية على العنصرية، لا يمكن اعتبارها ديانة سماوية، ومن ثم فهي بعيدة عن مبادئ العدل والمساواة واحترام الحقوق الطبيعية للمرأة، ولا جرمَ أنَّ الباحثَ في وضْعها قبلَ الإسلام لن يجدَ ما يسرُّه؛ إذ يرى نفسَه أمامَ إجماع عالَمي على تجريدِ هذه المخلوقة مِن جميع الحقوق الإنسانيَّة لاسيما حقوقها المالية، إلا أن جاء الإسلام لإقرار الحقوق والحريات العامة وكفالتها للجميع، بدون أي تمييز بسبب الجنس أو اللون أو العقيدة أو الوضع الاجتماعي أو الاقتصادي، ودون تمييز بين الرجل والمرأة، حيث حظيت بمكانة مرموقة، فكرم الإسلام المرأة، وكفل لها كل حقوقها كاملة غير ناقصة بما فيها استقلال ذمتها المالية وأهليتها للتعاقدات المالية والاقتصادية، وغيرها من الحقوق التي ثبتت لها بهذا التكريم الإلهي. Summary: Throughout history, the succession of nations and civilizations, the emergence of Judaism and Christianity, and the distortion they have undergone, women have been mired in identity, lacking in ability, free of freedom, of little value, or considered, Oppression, misery and humiliation, formulated by misguided desires, or corrupt doctrines. The practice of celestial religions in these concepts based on racism cannot be considered a heavenly religion, therefore it is far from the principles of justice, equality and respect for the natural rights of women, and it is not to be found that the researcher will put it before Islam. These creatures are of all human rights, especially their financial rights, but Islam came to recognize and guarantee the rights and freedoms of all, without any discrimination because of sex, color, creed or social or economic status, without discrimination between men and women. Islam guaranteed women their full rights, including the independence of their financial capacity and eligibility for financial and economic contracts, and other rights that have been established by this divine honor : Tout au long de l’histoire, de la succession des nations et des civilisations, de l’émergence du judaïsme et du christianisme et de la déformation qu’elles ont subie, les femmes ont été embourbées dans l’identité, dépourvues de capacités, libres de peu de valeur, ou considérées. l'humiliation, formulée par des désirs égarés ou des doctrines corrompues. La pratique des religions célestes dans ces concepts fondés sur le racisme ne peut pas être considérée comme une religion céleste. Elle est donc loin des principes de justice, d'égalité et de respect des droits naturels de la femme, et il est impossible de trouver que le chercheur avant l'islam. Ces créatures jouissent de tous les droits humains, en particulier de leurs droits financiers, mais l’islam en est venu à reconnaître et à garantir les droits et libertés de tous, sans discrimination fondée sur le sexe, la couleur, la croyance ou le statut économique ou social. L'Islam garantissait aux femmes tous leurs droits, y compris l'indépendance de leur capacité financière et leur admissibilité aux contrats financiers et économiques, ainsi que d'autres droits établis par cet honneur divin
