الملخص
Abstract: Development is defined by many problems ranging from building strategies and development plans to the process of implementation. It begins with the individual and ends with him. The individual is a central element in the interaction with development, but it also contributes to its problems. Development is achieved through changing mindsets and devising new practices that interact. In a positive manner with development requirements. Communication plays a key role in dealing with these problems. In this article we will try to clarify the role of communication in addressing development problems. الملخص تعرف التنمية مشكلات عديدة بدأً من بناء الاستراتيجيات ومخططات التنمية إلى عملية التنفيذ .أي أنها تبدأ من الفرد وتنتهي إليه، وعيه يشكل الفرد عنصرا مركزيا في التفاعل مع التنمية،لكنه أيضا يساهم في مشكلاتها،حيث أن تحقيق التنمية تمر عبر تغيير العقليات وتكريس ممارسات جديدة تتفاعل بشكل إيجابي مع متطلبات التنمية. وعليه يلعب الاتصال دور أساسي في التعامل مع هذه المشكلات. من خلال هذا المقال سنحاول توضيح دور الاتصال في معالجة مشكلات التنمية.
