دور الأملاك الوقفية للحد من التبعية النفطية لمواجهة الأزمة الاقتصادية في الجزائر

الملخص
يعالج موضوع "دور الأملاك الوقفية للحد من التبعية النفطية لمواجهة الأزمة الاقتصادية في الجزائر" عقد من عقود التبرعات وهو عقد الوقف الذي عالجه المشرع الجزائري في قانون الأسرة، ونظرا لأهمية الوقف من الناحية الاقتصادية وبسبب الأزمة الاقتصادية التي حدثت في العالم سنة 2015- 2016، والتي مست الكثير من دول العالم التي تعتمد بدرجة كبيرة في تمويل اقتصادياتها على ريع النفط بما فيها الجزائر، دفعنا لبيان دور الأملاك الوقفية في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والتي يمكن اعتبارها بديل من البدائل الاقتصادية الواعدة التي يمكن من خلالها الجزائر الاعتماد عليها لمواجهة الأزمات الاقتصادية التي تحدث في العالم نتيجة لتقلبات أسعار البترول في البورصات العالمية. Dealing with the subject of the article Anti-arab: "The role of Awqaf property to reduce oil dependency to face the economic crisis in Algeria" contracts of voluntary contributions was the holding of the moratorium practitioner of the Algerian legislature in the family code of the fourth book in chapter III from article 213 to article 220, in view of the importance of the Moratorium of the economic terms owing to the economic crisis that have taken place in the world in the year 2015. In 2016, and which have affected many countries of the world depend to a large degree in the financing of their economies to the proceeds of oil including Algeria, prompted us to write this article to demonstrate the role of Awqaf property in achieving economic development, which can be considered an alternative of economic alternatives and the promising from which Algeria reliable to face the economic crises occurring in the world as a result of price fluctuations Oil in the world markets.
