الملخص
ملخص الدراسة: تؤدي مؤسسات المجتمع المدني في دول العالم جميعها، وبخاصة في المجتمعات الديمقراطية، دوراً بارزاً في بناء أسس الحياة الديمقراطية والتشكيل السياسي في هذه المجتمعات، وتساهم في تعزيز السلوك المدني ويأتي دور منظمات المجتمع المدني وخاصة النسوية منها أن تأخذ دورها الحقيقي في بناء ثقافة المرأة وزيادة وعيها وذلك بإنشاء نوادي وجمعيات ومراكز ثقافية كذلك فإن لهذه المنظمات دور فاعل بالعمل على تثقيف المجتمع وتغيير عقلية أبنائه نحو احترام المرأة وأهمية دورها في بناء المجتمع وتطوره. أما دور المجتمع المدني في دعم مشاركة المرأة السياسية في الجزائر، فلم تكن مشاركة المرأة الجزائرية بقوة في الحياة السياسية عبر التاريخ بالشكل الذي عرفته منذ اعتلاء بوتفليقة سدَة الحكم سنة 1999 لتدخل على الخط بإرادة سياسية يُفهم منها على أنها جاءت في وقتها لإيهام الرأي الدولي بحقوق المرأة ومساواتها مع نظيرها الرجل في كل التمثيليات الرسمية، بزيادة نسبة تمثيلها لتصل الـ 30%، في وقت قد تكون مناورة حقيقية بغطاء جديد ومكافئة للمرأة، لكسب مزيد من أصواتها في الاستحقاقات القادمة بالتعويل على العنصر النسوي، الذي بات يُشكل من حيث الأرقام قوة يصعُب تجاهلها، وبالرغم من النجاحات العديدة للمرأة الجزائرية في مختلف المجالات، وعلى الرغم من تكريس المساواة بين الجنسين في الدستور والقوانين كلها، وخاصة المساواة بحق الانتخاب والترشح وممارسة العمل السياسي، إلا أن تمثيلها السياسي وفي المجالس المنتخبة ظل إشكالية قائمة تحتاج لمعالجة جادة وإيجاد آليات كفيلة بفكها. Study Summary: Civil society institutions throughout the world, especially in democratic societies, play a prominent role in building the foundations of democratic life and political formation in these societies and contribute to the promotion of civic behavior. The role of civil society organizations, especially women, is to play a real role in building women's culture and raising their awareness through the establishment of clubs, associations and cultural centers. These organizations also play an active role in educating society and changing the mentality of their children towards respect for women and the importance of their role in building and developing society. As for the role of civil society in supporting women's political participation in Algeria, Algerian women's participation in politics has not been as strong in history as it was since Bouteflika took power in 1999 to intervene on the line with a political will that would be understood as timely Women, and equality with their male counterparts in all official plays, increasing their representation to reach 30%, at a time that may be a real maneuver with a new cover and equivalent to women, to gain more votes in the next entitlements depending on the female component, which in terms of numbers is a force that is difficult to ignore . Despite the many successes of Algerian women in various fields, and despite the fact that gender equality is enshrined in the Constitution and all laws, especially the right to vote, to stand for election and to exercise political action, its political representation and in the elected councils remains a problem that needs serious treatment and mechanisms to dismantle it
