الملخص: من الكارثة الإنسانية ، أن دخل جسم إنسان هذا العصر في دائرة المعاملات المالية والمساومات ، شأنه في ذلك شأن السلع التجارية ، فقد ابتذل بصورة لم يسبق لها مثال ، مما يهدد الحياة البشرية و يفتح عليها أبوابا من الفساد و الانحلال . و مما يؤسف له ، أن تطالعنا الصحف اليومية و غيرها من يوم لآخر المطالبة بالتبرع بكلية مقابل مكافأة مالية مجزية ، إلى غير ذلك من الإعلانات . مما لا ريب فيه أن هذا البحث يتصل اتصالا مباشرا و وثيقا بجملة من القواعد الفقهية الكلية التنظيرية ، من شأنها أن تنير السبيل بوضوح أمام تلمس حكم الشريعة الإسلامية أو أحكامها في هذا الموضوع الهام .
