تخطيط التنمية الريفية كأحد استراتيجيات تحقيق التنمية المستدامة - حالة الجز ائر-

الملخص
يهدف التخطيط للتنمية الريفية في أصله إلى الانتقال من الركود الاقتصادي الذي تعرفه المناطق الريفية بصفة عامة، وهذا من خلال خلق نوع من التوازن الاقتصادي المتزايد النمو بإحداث تغيير وتجديد في مختلف القطاعات الريفية، ولا يكون ذلك إلا من خلال إدخال تغييرات كبيرة في الطرق الإنتاجية والأنماط الاستهلاكية لدى سكان الريف، حيث أن تحقيق أقصى إشباع للمجتمع الريفي لا يكون إلا بتحقيق حاجاتهم ورغباتهم وهذا من خلال خلق توليفة صحيحة بين الموارد وبين الحاجات والرغبات غير المحدودة لسكان الأرياف، ومن هنا تبرز أهمية تخطيط التنمية الريفية كوسيلة تسيير إستراتيجية تسمح بالتنبؤ بالمستقبل فيما يخص المفاضلة بين الحاجات والأولويات والتحديد الدقيق للإمكانيات المتاحة لعملية الإنتاج لتحقيق الأهداف المسطرة في إطار تنمية ريفية مستدامة . Abstract: Planning for rural development in its origin is intended to move from the economic recession defined, This is achieved by creating a growing economic equilibrium by creating change and renewal in various rural sectors, not only by introducing significant changes in the productive methods and patterns of consumption of the rural population by rural areas in general, This can only be achieved through significant changes in the productive methods and patterns of consumption of the rural population. Achieving the maximum satisfaction of the rural society can only be achieved by fulfilling their needs and desires by creating a proper mix of resources and the needs and unrequited desires of the rural population, Hence, the importance of planning for rural development as a strategic management tool that allows predicting the future regarding the differentiation between needs and priorities and the precise identification of the possibilities available to the production process to achieve the objectives set in the context of sustainable rural development.
