الملخص
تتناول هذه الورقة البحثية انعكاسات وآثار سياسات الدعم التي توفرها الحكومة الجزائرية على المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، إذ يتم تناول أهم الهيئات المكرّسة لترقية وتطوير هذا النوع من المؤسسات، وذلك من خلال ما توفره من مساعدة مالية أو فنية للشباب المقبل على الإستثمار من خلال إنشاء مؤسسة صغيرة أو متوسطة، فمن خلال هذه الورقة البحثية توصلنا أنه رغم سياسات الدعم الكبيرة التي توليها الحكومة من خلال الهيئات المكرسة لذلك وما توفره من حوافز مالية و جبائية ومساعدة فنية إلا أن ذلك لم يسهم بشكل كبير في زيادة انتشار وتطور المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة سواء من حيث العدد أو من حيث التوزيع الجغرافي على مناطق الوطن. Abstract This paper deals with the implications and effects of support policies offered by the Algerian government on small and medium enterprises, as they are eating the most important devoted to the promotion and development of this type of institutional bodies, and through the availability of financial assistance or technical next Youth on investment through the establishment of a small institution or medium, it is through this paper we reached that, despite the large support policies given by the government through the bodies dedicated to this and what they provide financial incentives and fiscal technical assistance but that did not significantly contribute to the further spread and development of small and medium enterprises, both in terms of numbers or In terms of geographic distribution to home areas.
